What standards do your cables comply with?

Our cables meet IEC, BS, VDE, AS/NZS, NFC and other international standards, with complete test reports and certificates.
What types of cables do you supply?

We mainly supply power cable, control cable, PV cable, armoured cable, LSZH cable, flexible cable and other custom cables.
Can you provide customized cables?

Yes, we accept customization on voltage, cross-section, length, material, temperature resistance, oil resistance and flame rating.
Do you provide free samples?

We can provide short samples for free, but the freight cost is usually borne by the buyer.
What is your MOQ?

Normally one full reel. For trial orders or project orders, we can discuss a flexible MOQ.
How is the cable price calculated?

Price is mainly based on copper price, specification, quantity, material, packing and destination port, and floats with raw material market.
How can I get a formal quotation?

Please provide cable type, specification, quantity, voltage and destination port. We will send you a formal quotation quickly.
What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C at sight. Other terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.
How long is the delivery time?

For stock items: 3–7 days. For customized orders: 15–25 days after receiving deposit.
Can you handle export shipment and documents?

Yes. We arrange sea or air shipment and provide full export documents: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, test reports, etc.
Do you have ISO, CE, CPR certification?

Yes, we have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CE and other certifications. CPR is available for EU market.
Can you print logo, length mark, voltage on the cable?

Yes, we support customized printing on cable surface as your requirement.
What packing do you use for export?

Standard export packing: wooden drum / steel drum / carton, with waterproof and strong packaging for long-distance shipping.
How to ensure cable quality before shipment?

All cables are 100% tested before delivery, including voltage test, continuity test, insulation and sheath thickness test.
Can you accept third-party inspection?

Yes, we accept inspection by SGS, BV, Intertek or any third-party organization you appointed.
Do you provide after-sales service for overseas customers?

Yes, we provide professional technical support and after-sales service for all overseas clients.

Yes, we provide all necessary documents for smooth customs clearance in your country.
