The company is equipped with a complete set of production equipment in its low-voltage workshop. It is particularly furnished with domestically advanced wire drawing machines, high-speed tank-type and fork-type wire stranding machines (and other series of stranding equipment), a range of insulation extruders, irradiation crosslinking machines, high-speed cabling machines, wrapping machines, braiding machines, 120/150 series sheath extruders, and high-efficiency BV wire production lines. Complemented by a computer-controlled coding system, the entire production line is fully configured.
This line is capable of manufacturing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated power cables and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated power cables with rated voltages of 1kV and 3kV, available in 1 to 5 cores and with conductor cross-sections ranging from 1.5mm² to 400mm².
